Choose a Time and Payment Method
Our app allows you to book taxis in advance or immediately, with options to select a 10, 20, or 30-minute window, or even a specific time. The app offers a quote for your journey before booking and the option to add a stop before your final destination. You can also choose your preferred payment method, whether that’s cash, card, or using your account.
Choose Your Vehicle
You can select the exact vehicle you need, whether you prefer a saloon, estate car, or one of our executive or luxury vehicles. By entering the number of passengers and any special requirements in the ‘driver notes,’ the app will show you the most suitable vehicle, whether that’s a six or eight-seater car or a wheelchair- or pet-friendly option. The app will also inform you of the different prices for each available car.

To speed up the booking process, the app offers the option to save your home address for faster future bookings. You can also select your pick-up or drop-off destination from various categories, including airports, hospitals, nearby locations, stations, supermarkets, and restaurants. These suggested locations are very specific—for example, when selecting Gatwick Airport, the app lets you choose from different terminals and the option to meet inside or outside the terminal. You can even add your flight number, allowing your driver to track any delays. The app also saves your favourite locations for even quicker repeat bookings.
Track Your Taxi
All our cars are equipped with trackers, not just for your safety, but to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible. The trackers allow you to see which cars are available in your area, providing an estimated time for the nearest available vehicle to reach you, based on your current location or selected pick-up destination. You can track the live progress of your approaching taxi and view the designated route it will take, along with an estimated time of arrival.
